I always wanted my personal paintings to be part of a larger project, so in early 2018 I started designing a board game. Over the course of 2 years the project evolved into a PC/mobile multiplayer dungeon crawler and I started to play around with the Construct 3 engine for 2D games.
At that time my two daughters were born and my wife and I decided to buy a cottage in the countryside. After spending the summer in our new home, my life really turned around. My view on free time and how I was spending it, changed. I no longer found value in video games and I decided to abandon the project. My new goal became sharing my perspective on the importance of living a simple life in connection with nature.
Keeping that in mind, I shifted focus to an illustrated book
that reveals the story of a young adventurer looking for his place in the world.
I put all of my life and painting experience into it. It should be finished within a couple of months. Stay tuned.
